Well friends, we're at the last bit of the year (academic that is). The sun is coming out, the temperatures are rising, and most importantly there's improv in bloom everywhere. Smile and Nod has been eating Miracle Grow all Spring Break and we're ready to show you some hilarious 'prov! We're having auditions the first Friday of school, April 2nd in 212 (where S & N performs) at 6:30. Bring your funny and leave with with a bunny (if bunny is code for an awesome time). Hey everyone! Thanks to all you who came out to auditions, it was a blast seeing all of you there. We'd like to welcome Miko Vespremi to Smile and Nod, so if you see him at one of the shows or on campus, be sure to congratulate him! Winter quarter is notorious for being cold and depressing, so warm up with a nice calming cup of Smile and Nod!

Hey everyone, welcome back! We've got an exciting quarter coming up. First and foremost we have auditions this Friday at 6:30 pm, in room 218 building 45 (the Music Building). This is not our normal room, I know, but we had to make a slight change because one of our members, Melanie Marshall, is having her senior project in 212 at that time. Y'all should check it out. You don't have to worry about having anything prepared for auditions; it's all laid-back improv games and everyone will laugh and have a good time and jump into the air and freeze as the credits roll. Secondly, we have our first show of the quarter at 9 pm, NOT 7 pm, but 9 pm this Saturday, room 212 building 45. It's gonna be a shortform show, like our 7 show, so be prepared to laugh and laugh and laugh and laugh and then ask one of us to prom. Questions? Email us. Comments? Leave them in the box. Box? Word up friendlies. We had some incredible auditions this quarter (thanks to everyone who came out, you ate tons of free candy and had a good time!). From these candy eating adventures we've chosen 3 new members of Smile and Nod. Give your congrats to our newbies: Alison Moore, Nora Doane, and Shelby Lewis. They'll be having their first show at the end of this quarter, Nov. 7th. This final show of the quarter will also be Claire Yale's last show, so be sure to be there!

Howdy boys and girls. Smile and Nod is back in full effect this year, and we've got a multitude of hilarious shows and events planned.
